Guernsey is one of a group of islands known as the Channel Islands, situated in the English Channel between the French coast and the south coast of England. The Channel Islands also include Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm with the latter two being idyllic, car-free holiday destinations.

Baptist Churches in Guernsey
There are three Baptist churches on the island of Guernsey, including Emmanuel Baptist Church in the rural parish of St. Saviour's, Shiloh Baptist Church in the Vale and Spurgeon Baptist Church which is conveniently located in the main town of St. Peter Port just a few minutes walk from the centre.
Visitors are very welcome to attend the religious services and the churches also hold Sunday School classes for children; these are held during the morning service.
Emmanuel Baptist Church in St. Saviour's, Guernsey
Emmanuel Baptist Church is located in the beautiful rural parish of St. Saviour's. It's situated within walking distance from Richmond Beach. Services are held each Sunday morning at 10.30 a.m., as well as on Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
The Sunday School class begins at 9.45 a.m. and there is also a Wednesday evening prayer meeting which gets underway at 7.30 p.m.
Shiloh Baptist Church in Vale, Guernsey
Shiloh Baptist Church is situated inland from Cobo Bay. It's a 10 minute drive from the town centre. There are three services every Sunday; they're held at 9:00 a.m., 10.45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The first Sunday of each month is known as the family service. The 10:45 a.m. Service includes both a creche and Sunday School class (there are separate Sunday School groups for children age 3-6 years, 6-11 years, and 11+), while the 6:00 p.m. church service has an event for teenagers known as 'The Reef.'

Spurgeon Baptist Church in St. Peter Port, Guernsey
Spurgeon Baptist Church is ideally located for holiday-makers staying in St. Peter Port; it has both a creche and Sunday School class during the Sunday morning service which begins at 10:30 a.m. There is also an evening service starting at 6:00 p.m. There is plenty of parking available at Elizabeth College, situated on nearby Grange Road.
As highlighted above, there are three Baptist Churches on the Channel Island of Guernsey. For holiday-makers on the smaller islands of Sark and Herm, it is possible to travel across by day-return in order to attend one of the services.
